New Hampshire - FAQs

Is Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal Approved for use in New Hampshire?
The technology is approved for use in small-scale applications under the New Hampshire Subdivision and Individual Sewage Disposal Design Rules. Larger flow projects can be designed and specified by a Professional Engineer. Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal may be used with either septic tank effluent or more highly treated effluent. Separation distances from drip tubing to limiting layers are 24” for treated effluent and 48” for septic tank effluent.

How do I learn about designing a Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal system?
Basic design information is provided for smaller flow systems at the Design Guide section of this website. Larger or more complex projects will involve engineering assistance being provided to you. We are always available to assist with questions by telephone or e-mail. Also, please see our upcoming trainings section of our website for classes held for groups, or we would be happy to arrange a technical transfer session directly with your firm.

How can I learn about building a Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal system?
Basic construction information is provided at the Installation section of our website. Please see our upcoming trainings section of our website for classes we will be holding in your area. Finally, please be sure to call if you are considering building a Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal system and we will be happy to assist you.

What are some of the advantages of using the Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal system?
Reasons to consider using Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal include the following: lower finished height, maintain trees and landscape features, work around obstructions, ease of design and installation, reduced risk of erosion during construction, overcome most distance and height challenges, plus many others.

How do I know if Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal is an appropriate solution for my site?
There are not many projects where you will not find a benefit associated with using Perc-Rite Drip Dispersal. Of course we would be glad to review the topography and soil conditions with you, look at photographs of the proposed drip field location, or send a representative to meet with you for further analysis.
